Background

After leaving Cuba for Colombia in 2019, I thought about invading Cuba after watching a video of a man whose two daughters had been murdered by Cuban State Security. When I entered Cuba that same year, I immediately felt the harassment of Cuban military personnel at neighbors’ houses. After several events in which I called a soldier snitch, the neighbors told me that the police had taken photos of my house, and harassment that lasted throughout the pandemic years took place, leading to the tortures I denounce.

Tortures

In Cuba, in April 2021, they began speaking directly into my brain in transmission mode. They identified themselves as Cuban State Security and started pricking my organs, saying they had total control of my body. They told me they had removed my testicles (with pricks and sensations in the testicles) and that it was the MININT’s point. I did not surrender and told them to kill me.

They held a small trial in my brain where some voted “crazy” and others “crazy and faggot.” After this, they began convulsing my brain with very strong tortures and saying they were going to rape me. Convulsions to the brain without being able to lose consciousness. At no time did I surrender.

In Cuba, amid brain convulsions, they told me to surrender and enter the asylum. When I refused, they made the doorbell of the house ring inside my brain. All this was with uninterrupted transmission of people (hundreds of voices at that moment of men and women). They also began projecting videos in my brain and hallucinations; one I remember was that they projected an Atari game in my brain. People transmitted negativity all the time, saying I would not manage to leave the country (I already had a ticket since February to go to Spain for a master’s degree and was supposed to leave on April 19). I told them to show their faces and went to the police station, where some soldiers had it closed. When I went to take the COVID test to leave the country, they made my body extremely heavy, as if with much more gravity; it was hard to walk.

Arriving in Spain, I thought everything would end, which was partly true. As soon as I arrived, the convulsions stopped, but they told me I had to return to Cuba and gave me very strong pain in the liver and kidneys. In Spain, sitting in a taxi, they pushed my testicles inward and stabbed my left testicle more than 10 times. It was extremely painful. In Spain, walking through the streets of Barcelona, they removed all my senses except vision for one second. Without touch, I almost fell to the ground. In my bed awake in Spain, they made me lose all the data (senses) of my body, making me think I was an insect. Vision, touch, thermal sensation did not come from me.

In Spain, they held a trial in my brain for several months uninterrupted, even while sleeping, where they showed me everything bad I had done in my life with vivid memories of each moment, hyper-exaggerating the consequences they claimed it had. They told me humanity had decided to strip me of my humanity. They told me they had killed my daughter by creating the congenital disease she had.

They placed memories in my brain that were not mine and at times removed others that were. They stole time: they made me look at the clock at 6 p.m., and in one second it was 7 p.m., which they explained and repeated several times. They left me immobile for several minutes sitting, and on several occasions they controlled my body. They made me defecate and urinate many times. They made me ejaculate while on the street and when going to the bathroom in the same way as urinating. All this they told me in my brain before doing it.

I always prayed the Our Father; I am Catholic. And they told me they had to take everything from me, even my faith, and that they were going to go with the Devil against God. They began performing diabolical acts and witchcraft, such as showing demonic representations when I asked God for strength and help. They mocked, saying that if in the last days of their lives they went to the Catholic Church and took the Sacrament of Forgiveness and Reconciliation, they would go to Heaven despite having been children of the Devil. They made me experience the hells of various religions in my brain and tried to draw me into Santería.

In Spain, in 2022, they began to inflict bad sensations in the anus up to the present (these sensations are constant). One of them is as if being cut with a scalpel, as well as in the buttocks; I bled when going to the bathroom. It was not that they cut me, but they did it while I walked, worked, etc., as if I had nanobots in my body (I don’t know how they do it; it is worth clarifying that it is not hemorrhoids). They have taken away my vision at times and my hearing. They have placed loud sounds in my ears and brain. They have regulated and hindered my thinking ability for long intervals of time. They torture me while I work, so I must make a great effort to concentrate.

At the end of 2022, they told me they were going to create problems with my sexual orientation (I am a heterosexual man, very well defined), which they did at times and abruptly, as if placing a homosexual in my head, always with my rejection.

In 2023, in Spain, they began to impose homosexuality into my brain against my will, which I have rejected at all times. Those bastards argue that their goal is to destroy me in all my lives, to defeat me completely the day they manage to make me homosexual (which is impossible). They say they have already done it with many Cubans without them even realizing it. For them, they say it is a sensation of power that brings them closer to gods (by changing the life and destiny of others). They argue that “Within the Revolution Everything,” even the most perverse tortures and rapes.

Important notes

Since April 2021 to date, they have transmitted uninterruptedly into my brain, even while sleeping. They have not let me speak in detail about what happened until now (what I write here is not even 15 percent of everything I have gone through). I am still connected and under torture, which has decreased in Colombia, where I am currently.

From the beginning, my family made me take olanzapine and risperidone without results (of course). I never took drugs or alcohol (except for a beer on very few occasions).

The Venezuelan government also participated in the tortures; in early 2022, Delcy Rodríguez identified herself in my brain, torturing me and saying it was because I had thought the USA should invade Venezuela and that this was paid with “supposed rape.”

Cuban State Security also mentioned in their transmissions that they decide “who has children and who does not,” sterilizing Cubans if necessary or making them homosexual. Especially children of dissidents (though also communists). It is worth noting that my grandfather was a policeman during Batista’s time, although he was NEVER linked to torture; Fidel Castro imprisoned him in 1959 and advised him to leave the country, which my grandfather did not do.

Final message

I bear witness to what has happened to me. This is not a disease but tortures related to the Havana Syndrome. I am willing to undergo brain tests to prove it (if they exist). I hope that people of faith will have God put in their hearts a certainty of what I denounce, so that justice may be done in the face of so much evil and impunity.

Darkness will not be eternal.
